classes for adults

Thursday morning all-ability open classes, offering the chance to experiment in making a range of art, to help support your psychological wellness. In a small group of friendly members, you'll access the right amount of creative freedom, encouragement and expert tuition. Beginners are especially welcome to join.

Adults who've been part of the group over the long term have helped to build an empathetic community. Some now feel the confidence to exhibit and sell paintings at local exhibitions.  'Pay as you learn' means you have the freedom to dip in and out when it suits you. Sessions are on alternate

creative days and sessions

Don't let a feeling of not being  'naturally creative' put you off trying an art activity day.
Host a bespoke and fun, full or half day event for colleagues, friends or family members at a venue to suit you. You may find that participating in a creative experience with your own social, occupational or family group is a healthy and rewarding experience.
For prices see Services page.

You might be holidaying in Kent or a local resident on staycation, looking for art activities. Skills taught include drawing, collage, 3D/clay modelling,  textiles and free-machine embroidery.

There are even 'art walks' to get the most out of being creative in both town and natural environments. The next Stroll, Snap and Sketch is at 11am on Saturday 7th June in Faversham (see News).

'Make it Your way', restorative day workshop with Jo, using the expressive medium of clay. Weather dependent, outdoor therapeutic activity with a qualified integrative therapist and horses, in the glorious countryside surrounding Woodchurch, Kent.

Tucked away in a beautiful village 5 miles from Faversham,  this outdoor session allows the opportunity for some fun and tutored observational drawing, painting or mixed media, in a private, naturally planted garden with quirky features. Rain and shine will be managed, as we can retreat to a rustic garden room in case of weather extremes! Bring a picnic lunch and suitable head/footwear. Materials, seating, refreshments and on site parking are provided.
