Live and Love Art - Our Services

 
Art classes and community workshops, in the Swale/Canterbury, Kent.
Live and Love Art promotes positive psychological health through enjoyable creativity, for people of all ages and abilities.

or with a creative experience day at your privately booked party for any age group, you can access a 'taster' session in many types of visual art, in a creative activity with your friends or family.

everyone is welcome to learn 

​There are many ways to make and enjoy visual art. Experiment with collage, pens, pastels, inks and paint or stitch. Coming to a regular class not only gives you the chance to experiment creatively, but also improves your  wellbeing. In a small group of supportive learners, you'll get lots of encouragement and expert tuition. 2 hour Thursday lessons cost £22 per person on a pay-as-you-learn basis.

​Every other Saturday morning 
in Faversham a class of engaged, imaginative and productive youngsters get the weekend started by making Art. Like our adult classes, they are varied in content. Themes and art materials respond to individual interests and the chance to work in a community of kindness with others. Classes are £12 per child or £20 for two. Names of young people aged 7 and up can be added onto the waiting list. Please email

Don't let a fear of not already being creative put you off booking a place. Take the plunge and try a taster of creativity at a seasonal open workshop. These are offered in Kent at various times throughout the year.

Or would you like to throw a bespoke, fun and creative party for your friends or younger family members? Materials and methods range from clay modelling to free machine embroidery. 2 hour parties cost from £25 pp for 6 people and 4 hours £45 pp.

Positive psychology boosts imagination - Live and Love Art!

This student wanted to explore the medium of embroidery, yet had no experience of working in creative textiles. During four two hour lessons she designed and made something unique and real, being rewarded not only with a beautiful piece of work, but also a sense of joy and fulfilment. Materials and equipment are included for your first few lessons.
